Mark Harris

Creator of the “Career Dynamics” program, Mark has worked as a management consultant developing and delivering high performance management and leadership training programs for the past 12 years. Mark began his career as a financial consultant with Select Financial Services. He rose to the position of Vice President, Tax Shelters before accepting a partnership with The Davis Financial Group where he also served as Vice President, Mutual Funds in a strategic alliance with E.A. Manning Ltd. Mark ultimately accepted the position of president with the venture capital firm Alan Johannes Corporation where he remained until beginning his consulting practice.

Bob Peter

“Robert B. Peter II is a culture advisor and coach. He helps leaders and their teams at all levels within organizations improve their own personal effectiveness while building great places to work and grow. This focus on creating and developing a strong workplace culture improves relationships, increases engagement and drives business results.

Bob has enjoyed a successful career accumulating over 15 years of human resource, training and coaching experience in a variety of industries. He earned a B.S. Degree in Economics and completed graduate Human Resource Development work at St. John Fisher College. Bob has been certified as a professional values, behaviors and motivations analyst as well as a competency model integration advisor.

He has had articles published in New York State Society for Human Resource Management’s Review, the Rochester Business Journal as well as a number of professional association newsletters. He has spoken to national audiences through the New York State Credit Union League, NYSSHRM, Insitute for Industrial Engineers and American Association for School Personnel Administrators.

Craig MacFarlane

Craig MaCraig MacFarlane is a superstar in the hearts and minds of anyone who has watched him take on one of life’s greatest blows – the total loss of his sight – and turn it into a tower of inspiration for the world to see. He is a charismatic communicator with a powerful message that has touched the hearts and minds of those who have been fortunate enough to listen to him. He not only talks the talk but walks the walk every day of his life. Craig has a wonderful family, his devoted wife Patti, and their four children, Dalton, Derek, Ashley and Morgan.

The victim of a tragic accident at the age of 2 which left him totally blind, Craig went on to become a world-class athlete winning over 100 gold medals in a variety of sports (the majority against sighted competition) including wrestling Internationally on behalf of his native Canada, downhill skiing, water skiing and track & field. As a downhill skier, Craig has been clocked at over 50 miles per hour. In golf, he’s shot a score of 91 using a technique he calls muscle memory. He was the first blind person to water ski jump as a member of the prestigious Cypress Gardens Show.

Now, at the age of 47 Craig has had a profound impact on the lives of many prominent people such as Wayne Gretzky, Gordie Howe, Bobby Orr, the late Paul Newman, Mario Andretti, and Evander Holyfield along with numerous top corporate executives. NBC sports icon, Bob Costas, narrated a documentary on Craig’s amazing life including his childhood, sports accomplishments, music, and personal achievements titled, “A little dreaming goes a long, long way”. Craig travels extensively without the use of a guide dog or cane and has spoken at numerous corporate conferences and at three Republican National Conventions.

Several years ago, the book on Craig’s life was released, titled “Inner Vision”. The foreword was written by his long time friend the 41st President of the United States, George H. Bush. At the age of nineteen Craig moved from his native Canada to live with hockey hall of famer, Gordie Howe and his wife Colleen in the United States. Gordie was instrumental in shaping Craig’s career as an inspirational speaker.

Craig commitment to the financial services industry was demonstrated when he passed the Series 7 and Series 63 exams fifteen years ago. For the past eighteen years he has severed as an executive for the Edward Jones Company travelling extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Great Britain enhancing the Edward Jones Brand.

J Ben Benjamin

J.J. Ben Benjamin has more than fifteen years of leadership in Processes Management, CRM, IT, Quality Assurances and, a proven track record in Business Process Management. He is professionally trained as a trainer.

Ben has Professional Certification in Business Process Management, CRM, Six Sigma, Internet Marketing, Business Analysis and Software Quality Engineering. He has been part of several teams that implemented multi million-dollar CRM/BPM projects from RFP, site visits, vendor selection, and implementation. Ben is a senior member of the ASQ (American Society for Quality). He is a senior member of the BPM Council Advisory Board and Head Trainer and Facilitator at BPM Council International.

Ben has experience in workflow development, New Product Development processes and has an intimate knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TQM, BPI, CMM and Process re-engineering. He is an experienced leader with detailed expertise in Financial, Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Non-Profit and e-commerce to name a few. Ben lives and practices BPM every day. His years of experience have guided him in his development of an exclusive BPM/CRM framework which advances the state of the art of BPM/CRM and business performance. UnifiedBPM is the framework is used extensively throughout the program to develop business performance criteria.

A goal oriented professional with Senior Leadership skills in the Mining Industry, Solid Electrical Engineering experience, PLC Programming, Project Management, Process Management and Sales and Territory Management experience, as well as, Aerospace and Military, ITAR and Controlled Goods experience. Consistently delivering strong results with a passion for excellence, possessing the ability to coach, train, motivate, mentor, troubleshoot, and problem solve, always meeting or exceeding performance expectations, and credited with having excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

His current position is within the mining industry as Territory Manager of Thor Global Enterprises Limited – Specializing In Mining Industry

Responsible for managing all business related to Aggregate Production, Mining, Ship Loading and General bulk Material Handling. Currently managing Ontario and New York.
Responsible for providing input to senior management on strategy and design direction.

Responsible for educating Project Managers and Continuous Improvement Managers on how our equipment can significantly reduce costs and improve operational reliability while improving product quality.
